I'm just back to the UK after three days in Paris spent with script writer Dom Douglas, six actors from France, UK and USA, two Paris based musicians and two directors on the forthcoming musical play 'Le Chanteur Anglais' to be produced by Theatre Association 'Les Fabricants'.
The play was devised and developed by myself and the script writer Dom Douglas and very loosely based on our experiences in the city, the tourists, French Chanson, the international community, the artistic journey and making a home far from home. I composed and worked on 8 songs from the play with the singers/actors and other musicians. Exciting times afoot!
